Looks to be a real (and really secure) solution to globally accessible account and password information. I’m only slightly hesitant, as any internet professional should be, but as I continue to use Passpack I am more and more impressed. In fact, I was going to begin building a similar service but after finding them, I see no reason to compete.

The features I currently find most important:

• Client side key decryption so even the host can’t discover or compromise passwords
• Hosted using SSL
• Hidden (masked) password fields so no one can see them over your shoulder
• Copy directly to your clipboard so it’s never necessary to make your password visible
• A client side application for (perhaps temporary) offline storage & backup
