Diagnosis: Medicine

The Dr says a higher dose of Methotrexate is in order. Perhaps via self injection to help mitigate the side effects. I’m for that if the next few weeks prove it beneficial and my new dose causes too much suffering. I have a new supplement to try (Arthro-Complex) and a prescription for folic acid that could help with the side effects. The scale at his office is lying, it says I’m at 145 lbs now. Four months ago I was 155 lbs. At that point 155 lbs was 10 lbs down after only 4 weeks. There is no way my tiny body dropped another 10 lbs. My appetite is good and has appropriately shrunk. My fat days are now actually officially behind me. Running is still going very well. I’m nearing the 1000 consecutive day mark. Though lately the 2 mile minimum has become much too familiar.
